Introducing Vivienne Westwood AW26/27, shot in an Hôtel Particulier near the Arc de Triomphe. We were honored to have Vivienne Westwood place their trust in us once again for the shoot of their AW26/27 collection, Anglophilia.
The collection draws on England’s history, with open sleeves and corseted knitwear echoing Tudor portraits, hunting breeches, checked corduroy, and twinsets adding playful, lived-in charm.
Felted tailoring, lasered florals, and faded handwritten names reference past collections, blending wearability with history. City stripes and Oxford shirtings recall Jermyn Street, while subtle erotic touches, leg flashes, stockings, and swaddling melton coats, contrast with party dresses in draped lurex and sharp suiting.
The lookbook reflects this duality, presenting a modern Canterbury Tales cast of characters in everyday tasks, where light meets dark in rumpled poplin tailoring, barely-there polka-dot gauze, and jacquard muslin dresses.
